On November 13th, we hosted a fantastic team-building event for DGDA Strategic Management 2024 at the Mansard Hotel in Riyadh. From 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 35 employees came together for a day of connection, collaboration, and fun.
Here’s a highlight of our day:
Welcome and Introduction:
The event opened with a warm welcome and a brief introduction by the client team.
Group Formation:
Participants were divided into dynamic groups. Upon entry, each participant scanned a barcode and received a colored bracelet to join their designated group.
Icebreaker – Tick Talk:
We kicked things off with a lively game of Tick Talk, fostering engagement and team spirit.
The Host – Rods:
Teams were tasked to build a section of a racetrack, which was later combined to form a continuous runway for an RC car—an exciting collaboration challenge!
Lunch Break:
We indulged in a delicious set menu at Lami Dave Restaurant. Throughout the day, we also enjoyed a coffee station along with waffle, pancake, and crepe stations.
Puzzle Power:
A stimulating activity that tested problem-solving skills and teamwork in a fun, collaborative setting.
Mentimeter Session:
An interactive session using Mentimeter to gather real-time feedback and insights from participants.
Appreciation Gift Giving:
Tokens of appreciation were presented to all participants as a gesture of gratitude for their involvement and enthusiasm.
Debriefing and Closing:
The day wrapped up with a debriefing session and closing remarks, leaving everyone inspired and energized.
