On January 15th, we hosted an unforgettable team-building event for SCCC (Alibaba Cloud) at the Jar Allah Museum. It was a day filled with connection, collaboration, and fun, expertly facilitated by our amazing trainer, Natalie.
Here’s a highlight of the day:
Welcome and Icebreaker – TicTalk:
The event started with a warm welcome, followed by an engaging icebreaker game, TicTalk, to set the tone for the day.
Team-Building Activities:
- Personality Profiling: Participants gained valuable insights into their personalities and how to work effectively with others.
- Energizer – Guess the Decade: A fun and dynamic activity that kept the energy high and spirits lifted.
- Under Construction: Teams worked together in a collaborative challenge that fostered teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Interactive Feedback – Mentimeter:
We incorporated a Mentimeter session to gather real-time feedback and reflections from participants.
Appreciation and Gift-Giving:
Tokens of appreciation were presented to participants, recognizing their enthusiasm and contributions throughout the event.
Photo Booth and Lunch:
Participants captured memories at the photo booth and enjoyed a delightful lunch provided by Sugar and Spice, featuring a selection of finger foods.
Games and Tournaments:
The afternoon was filled with fun and competition, including table tennis, PlayStation, billiards, and foosball. Tournaments were organized with judges on hand and great gifts awarded to the winners.
Coffee and Pancake Stations:
Participants enjoyed a coffee station alongside a pancake station, adding a sweet touch to the day.
Evening Festivities:
The evening transitioned into a vibrant atmosphere with live cooking stations serving barbecue and pizza, accompanied by a night full of music, including Samri performances and live Oud music.
Debriefing and Closing:
The day concluded with a debriefing session and closing remarks, leaving everyone inspired and energized.
